About GHRIC

Global Health Research, Innovation & Consultancy (GHRIC) is a regal registered Rwandan-based health consulting firm dedicated to providing evidence-driven technical expertise to health institutions, government agencies, development partners, and international donors.

GHRIC is led by Dr. Pacifique Ishimwe, MD, MPH(c)—a clinician, epidemiologist, researcher, and health systems specialist with over seven years of frontline experience in clinical practice, field epidemiology, hospital management, HIV/AIDS program implementation, quality improvement, and health systems strengthening.

He is a current Health Systems Consultant, current Clinical Leader, current National Technical Advisor, and former member of the Rwanda National Health Facility Inspection team. He has strong proven donor engagement and resource mobilisation records with: USAID, JHPIEGO Rwanda, IntraHealth, UNFPA Rwanda, UNAIDS Rwanda, WaterAid Rwanda, ForAfrika Rwanda, Gesundes Afrika, and WE-ACTx For Hope Rwanda.
